Because of the popularity and the fabulous flavour of the chilli sauce, I decided to add a little extension to it. When I cook up a batch of chilli sauce I add extra oil which catches all the delicious chilli flavours. This oil I then sieve out of the sauce, filter and bottle. It’s absolutely delicious on just about anything. I personally love it over my stir fry dish, scrambled eggs and pizzas. But the sky is the limit.
